SCRUM?

Scrum is a structure that encourages team collaboration. Scrum urges groups to learn through encounters, self-sort out while taking care of an issue, and ponder their successes and misfortunes to ceaselessly improve, similar to a rugby crew (from which it gets its name).

While the scrum I’m alluding to is normally utilized by programming groups, the principles and lessons it teaches can be applied to a collaboration. One reason scrum is so well known is a result of this. scrum describes a set of meetings, tools, and roles that work together to help teams structure and manage their work.

Let's say you want to build a Social Media app

(in agile method)

Scrum is one of the frameworks that help teams work together
Scrum won’t help you build a better product, but it might help you build a better team. That in turn leads to a better product

Life Cycle of Scrum

The Product Owner creates and prioritizes a list of wish-list items called the product backlog.

Through the Sprint Planning Meeting, the Scrum Team decides how many items from the backlog can be developed in a sprint

A Sprint isa1–a 4-week time block where the tasks in the Sprint backlog is developed and committed

Every day of the Sprint, the team gets together& does a stand-up called the Daily Scrum Meeting.

At the end of the Sprint, they showcase the potentially shippable features to the team and other stakeholders

Retrospective Meeting

At the end of the Sprint, there is also a sprint Review at the Retrospective Meeting.

And the process is repeated till the product is complete

If you found this helpful, make sure to show your support with a clap, and if you want to help others in their projects, a share would be greatly appreciated! Let me know what you think about this! Happy Learning!
